MAKE A RETURN

BEFORE returning the order, contact us via email (info@sassy-x-store.com) or Instagram (@sassyxstore).

All products can be refunded with the appreciation of SASSY X STORE.

Here are the conditions for returns:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.
The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery).
All items must be returned in their original condition (labels, packaging...).
All damaged products cannot be refunded.
After studying your request, we reserve the right to refuse any return.
We are not responsible for address errors made by customers.

REFUNDS

Depending on your payment method (credit card / PayPal), we will refund you within 7-14 days.
