Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY TIME:

Delivery time is delayed indefinitely by 1 to 3 weeks.

WHERE DO WE DELIVER?: We deliver anywhere in the world for free (USA, Canada, Europe, Asia, North Africa, Australia...).

HOW DOES THE DELIVERY WORK ?

We will ship the package within 3 to 5 business days. Then, depending on your location, the delivery can take 7 to 26 days.

The tracking number is attached to the email confirmation of shipment to track your package on your national postal site.

Deliveries are made from 9 am to 5 pm from Monday to Saturday. If you are not there, the package will remain in your mailbox or you will have to pick it up at your local post office. Once the package is sent, only the post office is responsible.

IF YOU ORDER MULTIPLE ITEMS, YOU MAY RECEIVE MULTIPLE PACKAGES.

MAKE A RETURN

BEFORE returning the order, contact us via email (info@sassy-x-store.com) or Instagram (@sassyxstore). All products can be refunded with the appreciation of SASSY X STORE.

HERE ARE THE CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

You are responsible for return shipping costs. The request must be made within 14 days (from the date of delivery).

All items must be returned in their original condition (labels, packaging...). All damaged products cannot be refunded.

After studying your request, we reserve the right to refuse any return. We are not responsible for address errors made by customers.

REFUNDS

Depending on your payment method (credit card / PayPal), we will refund you within 7-14 days.
